Milan are set to hand Simon Kjaer fresh terms at San Siro – according to Calcio Mercato.

The 32-year-old’s current deal expires in 2022, but the Rossoneri are ready to tie him down for an extra year.

Kjaer has featured in 32 games across all competitions for Milan this term, scoring once.
