A contestant and activist was recently arrested during the ongoing reality show “House of Stars,” in Sierra Leone.

The Sierra Leonean activist, Hawa Hunt was arrested on Sunday, December 22, live on TV.

It was gathered that the arrest stems from alleged disparaging remarks made about President Bio and First Lady Fatima Bio during the recent election campaign.

The incident has sparked widespread controversy, with many questioning the timing and necessity of the arrest during a live broadcast.
