A trending video shows the fascinating moment a UNILAG first class graduate pulls off Cristiano Ronaldo’s iconic ‘Sui’ celebration after receiving his certificate.

The university of Lagos, it would be recalled, held its 56th convocation on Tuesday, 20th January, 2025.

A total of Five Thousand, Six Hundred and Sixty Five (5,665) students were graduated, earning various degrees and diplomas.

First class student pulls a stunt

A young man who received his first class degree decided to celebrate his achievement in a very iconic manner.

In the trending video, he was seen receiving his certificate from the vice chancellor of the university while properly adorned in his convocation gown.

Immediately he received his certificate he ran across the aisle to gather momentum before pulling off the ‘sui’ celebration move, popularly attributed to the famous footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo.
