The lawmaker stated that he was partially Igbo because of his mother and that this cannot be taken away from him.

Nigerian actor and politician, Desmond Elliot has revealed that his mother is Igbo.

He made the declaration inside a church while canvassing for votes ahead of the state Assembly election in Lagos state.

Desmond currently represents Surulere constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The lawmaker who spoke Igbo stated that he was partially Igbo because of his mother and that this cannot be taken away from him.

Recall that Desmond has been at war with Nigerians youths after he called them ‘children’ during the endsars protest, which he has since apologized.
