Nigerian government accused of renting protesters against AI
The executive arm of Nigeria’s government is being accused by New York-based news outfit Saharareporters for renting people to protest at the Abuja office of Amnesty International, a group that is active in documenting and reporting human right abuses around the globe.
The protest came after Amnesty International released a journal on the extrajudicial killing of over 150 pro-Biafran activists by Nigerian security forces between October 2015 and December 2016 alone.
