A Nigerian lady expresses shock at the sight of the apartment shown to her by a house agent, who tells her it is ₦240k yearly.

This is revealed in a video she made available on her page on a popular social media platform, TikTok.

In the video, the lady shows the outside of the house, which looks abandoned, followed by the inside, which appears very faded.

The paint on the walls looks very old, as does the toilet.

The overall structure of the house makes it look abandoned; however, the house was offered to her for rent at a rate of ₦240k yearly by her house agent.
