The remaining passenger come down to assist the guy to stop the blood rushing from his leg, the policeman went to him and shout at him again instead of helping him to stop the blood.

People gather there shouting at the policeman says “You shot passenger and saying watin happen, instead of helping him, you are shouting watin happen”
