Nigerian woman shares marriage list her family gave to her husband

A Nigerian lady, Confidence Utomi, has shared on her page the list her family gave to her husband after visiting to ask for her hand in marriage.

The lady took to her Facebook page to disclose that while cleaning the room, she found the marriage list her family gave to her husband. She described the list as the most friendly list she has ever seen.

She disclosed that when her husband was given the list, it took him no time to get everything because it was flexible.

She wrote on her page;

“I was cleaning our bedroom this morning when I found the Marriage List my Family gave to my Husband. Truth be told, Urhobo Marriage Bride Price List is the most budget friendly list I have ever seen,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday.

“No too mush serere. I don’t know about others, but our Elders don’t give headaches when it comes to asking for their daughters hand in marriage .

When my husband saw this list, it didn’t take him time to achieve everything on this list, as a matter of fact.

He bought and presented everything before the Traditional Wedding Date and paid only the Dowry on the deal day.

Which Tribe Dey accept 120 naira as Dowry. After paying the 120 naira, they gave 20 naira back to my husband. They said their daughters are not for sale. If you have one Urhobo Woman already, Hold am tight. We are the best”.
