Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has thanked Twitter for yanking President Muhammadu Buhari’s inciting tweet off the platform.

He described the tweet as hate-filled.

Kanu further reminded President Buhari that this is 2021 and not 1967.

Nnamdi Kanu wrote: “Thank you, @Twitter for DELETING the hate-filled tweet by the account fronting as @MBuhari. What you did proves that the rulers of Nigeria who feel they’re not accountable to #Biafrans for their crimes will ultimately account to the international community. #ThisIsNot1967.”
