A video has surfaced online showing Kadaria Ahmed, veteran broadcast journalist and media entrepreneur explaining why a candidate must secure 25% in FCT before he/she can be declared President.

The video which was recorded before the presidential election surfaced as controversy surrounds President-elect, Bola Tinubu over his inability to secure 25% in Abuja.
