MFM went all out on Saturday in an attempt to overcome Katsina United and take all three points, but they were stunned when Dauda Madaki scored the game-winning goal in the 89th minute, putting Katsina United ahead. MFM was defeated 2:1 in the match.

Despite scoring the game’s sole goal, Micah Ojodomo was dissatisfied with the outcome.

He said;

We didn’t give it our best, therefore we’re not satisfied with the result, but that’s football. It’s satisfying to score, but it wasn’t enough…thank God…we’re looking forward to the next game.

MFM FC will welcome Enyimba at home on June 19th, and they will compete for all three points.
