Obafemi Martins refuses to pay tribute to ex-coach Stephen Keshi and some fans aren’t happy

The Shanghai Shenhua striker this morning uploaded a selfie of himself and captioned it ‘back to reality’, the same time his Super Eagles teammates and the football world were mourning the death of former Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi. Some followers took to the players IG page to voice their displeasure at him not paying tribute to the former coach.
Obafemi Martins once said in an interview early last year that the late Keshi didn’t like him since he hardly called him to the Super Eagles squad despite his superb performances for Seattle Sounders in the US.
“I don’t think [Keshi] likes me, that’s all. I don’t have any issues with him,” Martins told media
“I respect him as a coach but I think Keshi doesn’t like me.”
As at press time Osaze Odemwingie who had a fall out with the Ex-Super Eagles coach had not paid tribute to the Nigerian football Legend but Ikechukwu Uche has.
