The students are mourning after two students of the Geography department lost their lives in the space of hours.

The many students of the Federal University of Lokoja (FULOKOJA), are currently in a mourning mood.

They are mourning after two students of the Geography department lost their lives in the space of hours.

It was gathered that Mary Matthias a 400 level student, died as a result of an undisclosed ailment on Thursday morning and hours later, Mary Imaobong a 300 level student, died in an accident.

“Imaobong had posted on her status mourning her colleague, Matthias, only to be involved in an accident on her way to school along Felele road, Lokoja.

“The bike she was on, collided with a lorry and unfortunately she didn’t survive it. We’re saddened by these events and pray for repose for their souls.”
