Oprah Winfreyis living her best life. The talk host and mogul, 62, showed off her slimmed-down figure on the cover of O Magazine’s April 2016 issue.
The businesswoman has been off and on diets for decades, and recently joined forces with Weight Watchers.
In the new issue, Winfrey reveals she’s found a new approach to weight loss.
“Gone, for me, are the days of wanting to be thin to fit into anything other than my best body and best life,” she says. “I feel vibrant and charged up for all the great ventures and adventures I know are coming. Every day offers a new chance to embrace the wonder of being alive. And believe me, I do. I pay attention to the tiniest things … Another spring, new life.
Nature changes herself yet again. We can change ourselves, too — blossoming into better habits.”
Winfrey announced in January that she’s lost 26 pounds since joining Weight Watchers in October. The best part of the diet for the TV personality? She still gets to eat carbs.
