Outrage as church choir performs Burna Boy’s ‘Lambo’ freestyle

A group of Celestial Church choir members has sparked mixed reactions after a video of them freestyling to Burna Boy’s viral song, ‘Lambo’, surfaced on the internet.

The freestyle comes weeks after Burna Boy found himself in controversy for allegedly failing to fulfil a promise of gifting a Lamborghini to an influencer he was involved with. Following the backlash, the Afrobeat star performed an impromptu Lambo freestyle on a Kenyan music show, which quickly gained traction.

In the now-viral video, the Celestial Church members can be seen adapting their version of the song, blending it with their worship style.
