SC Paderborn have confirmed that centre-back Luca Kilian has been tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The German under-21 international is the first infected Bundesliga player.

Previously, the DFL had already stopped playing in the 1st and 2nd leagues, Paderborn should originally have played at Düsseldorf on Friday evening.
