Pastor convicted for stabbing and strangling his ex-lover after she threatened to expose their affair

The judge said circumstantial evidence showed Ng’ang’a stabbed Caroline Chajira several times in her face, strangled her using a wire and hit her on the head with a metal bar. The attack led to Chajira’s death on March 9, 2012.

Lessit said the nature of the attack showed the pastor intended to kill the woman.

Ng’ang’a will be sentenced onMonday, July 25.
