PDP congratulates Buhari, GEJ, Okonjo-Iweala on the commissioning of Abuja-Kaduna railway

The opposition party took to their twitter handle to congratulate Pres. Buhari on the commissioning of the Abuja-Kaduna railway today July 26th. The party also extended congratulations to former President Goodluck Jonathan for the conceptualization of the project.
