His teammate and pal, Eric Ekpere Oguocha has now sent a him a quick recovery message…





Plateau United new signing, Eric Oguocha, has sent his support to teammate Andrew Ikefe who suffered a foot injury in last Sunday’s 1-0 win against Kwara United.
Ikefe will miss the next few games after he was helped out of the pitch by the medical team in tears.
And player who knows plenty about making his injured team-mates feel comforted is newboy, Eric Oguocha, who was handed his first start of the season by manager Ilechukwu in their 1-0 loss at MFM FC.
Oguocha has opened up about speaking to Ikefe after the news of his injury was announced, and has urged him to come back stronger.
“I pray he come back sooner because the club misses him so much and he is one person that I love playing with.
“I learn a lot from him and I believe he is coming back in good shape”. He told Lodgexpress during an interview session.
Plateau United begin their new year fixture playing host to Heartland Football Club on Sunday January 2.
