Nigerians have urged actress Ronke Oshodi Oke to stop further moves to lose weight.

This came about after she shared a video of her trim self dancing on her Instagram page hours ago.

While a few of her fans appreciated her new look, several of them pleaded with her to end the weight loss journey.

One Ali wrote “U look pretty though but its enough o b4 u begin to look like Michael Jackson.”

One Blessing wrote “You look ill”

One Aderonke Ogunruku wrote “please stop this weight loss things u’re okay for now…that my view though”

Some fans believe her weightloss program is a bit taken out of hand.

Recall that her recent photos had some time ago left tongues wagging as fans felt she might be using some unnatural methods to lose weight.

The actress however dismissed the claims in an interview saying “I am 100 per cent fine and okay. But, I am on a weight loss journey for certain reasons. I would soon be 50 years old and I feel this is the appropriate time to lose weight. By the time, I am getting close to 60, I would continue adding weight.

I had wanted to lose weight for a very long time. I had taken several weight loss pills, teas and different products that help to shed weight but it didn’t work for me. I tried those for more than five years. Then, one day, I saw a product that works for me, and I grabbed the opportunity. When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed 110kg. Now, I am 87kg. My goal is 85kg. Once I get there, I would stop.”

Before now, Ronke Oshodi Oke saw her boobs as a source of blessing to her career. Once asked if her big boobs have caused her any embarrassment and she said, “Before now, I get ashamed of them. But I later began to see the beautiful side and stopped hiding them because they fit me. People appreciate my boobs and I also love it. My boobs are one of the things that brought me to limelight in the movie industry.”
