Police arrests white teenager captured on video racially abusing and assaulting a black schoolkid

A video of a school kid getting racially abused and assaulted by a group of white kids in the U.K has gone viral online.

It was gathered that the incident occurred at St John Henry Newman Catholic School in Carlisle.
 

In the video, a white boy was seen punching the black kid and asking him to kiss his dirty shoes. His friends laughed as he punched their victim. The black child who felt he could do nothing, went on to kiss the white boy’s shoes as others cheered on.

The Cumbria police department has now confirmed the arrest of the white teenager over the incident which occurred in Carlisle, United Kingdom.
