PoliticsNGR has obtained footage of a policeman harassing and Insulting a commercial motorcyclist for offering him ‘N100’ after he(policeman) asked for a bribe.
The police officer is seen insulting the Okada man in Hausa and Yoruba language. The incident is believed to have occurred in the South-western part of the country.
