According to the witness whose car they were trying to arrest. He was stopped, and was asked for papers and to open his booth.

Not satisfied, they asked him to hop in their van while two officers entered his car and started driving anyhow along with the Main van. The reckless driving made them to run into people on a bike where one of them was reported to have died while another was badly injured.

After seeing what they have caused the officers abandoned the guy’s car and entered their own van and all of them left hurriedly as people came after them to see what they have caused.
