Reacting to Agnes’s Facebook post, Mr. Sheriff advised men to marry where they find peace, adding that polygamy is not a crime

A US-based woman, Agnes Johnson has been criticized for calling out her husband after he secretly married a second wife. 

A Liberian man, Abdullah Ayoubanasiah Sheriff criticized Johnson, claiming that polygamy is not a crime.

Abu Sanoe, allegedly lied to his wife that he was returning to Liberia to see his sick mother and instead he took another wife, Mabanace Hawa, who lives in Monrovia. 

Reacting to Agnes’s Facebook post, Mr. Sheriff advised men to marry where they find peace, adding that polygamy is not a crime 

“Marry where you will find peace. Madam stop acting like you were a caring and loving wife, after all polygamy is not a crime. The question is, what Agnes Johnson did or was doing those 19 unbroken years? Was this Man a victim of domestic violence for 19 years? Was he respected as a Head of the family? So stop bragging, probably it was a wasted 19 years for Mr. Sanoe,” he wrote.
