‘I met this gentleman last week in Makurdi. From the information gathered, he was a very hardworking family man until eight months ago when he was duped by 419s which he suffered a major stroke. I saw him struggling to get to Her Excellency’s Future Assured event. He seemed frustrated due to poor mobility that he became emotional. I approached him and assisted him to get through all the stages without queuing. Would you believe that his blood pressure was done four times and it was 200/169. The machines were changed in case they were faulty. Anyway he was given four month supply of medication and Future Assured has promised to follow up. Hajia Aisha Buhari is a woman of her words and very proactive, he will surely be rehabilitated. A support plan already in place, there’s no way he can afford his medication. What if he wasn’t seen on the day? And there are millions like him out there that their lives are being wasted. I don’t know the way out but Nigerians are suffering’
