Real Madrid is making a move to trump Barcelona move for Inter Milan attacker Lautaro Martinez, according to report.

Barcelona has been craving to sign the Argentine forward but has been unable to agree on a fee with Inter Milan despite agreeing on personal terms with the striker.

The Series A outfit wants a transfer fee of €111m for the striker which is the exact amount stated in the buyout clause of the former Racing Club attacker.

Sky Italia says Real Madrid is in contact with Lautaro’s representatives and Inter about choosing the Santiago Bernabeu club over Barcelona.

The Catalans are now weighing up waiting until July to move for Lautaro – when his buyout clause expires. And the delays could open the door for Real Madrid.

Real Madrid want a new striker and they are already in the hunt for a new striker with Paris Saint-Germain pricing out Los Blancos number one target Kylian Mbappe out of an immediate move to Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
