Real Madrid is at it again as the Los Blancos snapped up Rayo Vallecano 18-year-old goalkeeper Mario de Luis following his impressive performance with The Red Sashes.

Mario is pushing for senior team appearance under Paco Jemez before Real Madrid came knocking.

Mario has bid farewell to the club directors and his teammates upon the completion of the deal, “Today is a difficult day for me,” he posted.

“I have to say goodbye to what has been my home for the past four seasons.

“There are many memories, emotions and the images of everything I’ve lived with this club, Rayo has made me grow in every way and has given me values that I will always hold.”

He is expected to join Real Madrid once the season is over.

Real Madrid will host Getafe in their next clash in the La Liga as they aim to dethrone Barcelona in the La Liga title race.
