Cristiano Ronaldo has reacted after  Bruno Fernandes netted a screamer in Manchester United 4-1 over Istanbul Basaksehir in the Champions League encounter on Tuesday night.

The 26-year-old Portuguese midfielder scored a sublime effort on the edge of the area to open the scoring at Old Trafford before he doubled Red Devil’s lead in the 19th minute.

Fernandes then passed up the opportunity to score his first-half hat-trick he handed his penalty over to Marcus Rashford before Daniel James struck late on to complete Manchester United’s 4-1 win.

Ronaldo, meanwhile, was also in action on Tuesday evening as he scored in Juventus’ 2-1 win over Ferencvaros but the Real Madrid forward like a Fernandes’ post-match Instagram post.

The result leaves Manchester United needing a point from their remaining games against Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig to guarantee progress.
