‘These are dozens of assorted tricycles purchased since 2011 by then Senator Atiku Bagudu (now Governor Atiku Bagudu) as constituency project contribution to his people. They were parked at an outdoor government facility in Birnin Kebbi and left at the mercy of the elements and as you can see they have all become unusable. This is happening in a state with a high level of poverty and destitution’
