Drama as female tenant issued quit notice 10 months after renovating one-bedroom apartment in Abuja.

The heartbreaking incident was shared in a video posted on the TikTok account, @ameboplug.

According to the lady who narrated the incident, the female tenant fully renovated the apartment, after which the landlady began complaining about the number of visitors she received daily.

However, the female tenant confronted the landlady for disrespecting her and was subsequently served a quit notice.

In the now-viral TikTok video, which has garnered over 200k likes, the tenant removed all items she installed during renovation and insisted on receiving her damage deposit payment.

“She removed everything till the light or the socket and she said she will lock the apartment because her one year has not yet expired.Also, she said she’s going to collect caution and damage feel because she’s leaving the apartment the way she met it”, The female narrator stated.
