Singer D4vd transfers two Houston homes to his mother amid investigation into death of 14-year-old girl found in his Tesla

Embattled American singer, D4vd, is making some major financial moves as police continue investigating the mysterious death of a 14-year-old girl whose decomposing body was found in his Tesla.

According to TMZ, the 20-year-old musician — whose real name is David Anthony Burke — recently transferred ownership of two homes he owns near Houston, Texas, to his mother.

The homes, which are listed under the “Thorn Rose Trust” — a name linked to D4vd’s 2023 EP Petals To Thorns — were signed over to her just days after police raided his Hollywood Hills rental home.

Reports say the first transfer happened on September 18, barely 24 hours after authorities searched the property where the Tesla had been parked before being impounded.

It was inside that same Tesla that officers found the dismembered body of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas on September 8. Police believe she had been dead for several weeks before her body was discovered.

Following the raid, D4vd reportedly broke his $20,000 lease and moved out of the Hollywood mansion. His family in Texas also suffered a swatting incident — where prank callers falsely reported a shooting at one of his homes.

The singer has since cancelled his tour dates and postponed the release of his album’s deluxe edition, Withered.

While D4vd has remained silent about his connection to the case, his manager, Josh Marshall, has publicly denied any involvement after being accused online.

He wrote on TikTok: “This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter. FOR NOW.”

The Los Angeles Police Department says “several items of evidence” were recovered from the Hollywood home, but investigations are still ongoing.
