SMH! LASTMA Official Ignores Young Man Who Was Involved in an Accident (See Photos)

A young man who was involved in a serious accident few hours ago at Ikeja area of Lagos -was seen bleeding without any help coming his way. According to online report, a LASTMA car passed by without rendering any help with the flimsy excuse that ‘it’s not their job’ to assist him.
