Laura Ikeji condemned how some women are stripped of every single thing they worked for when their husbands die.

“Businesswoman Laura Ikeji is not happy with the tradition that strips women of properties and money belonging to their husbands at death.
 
Recall that in some part of Nigeria, women lose almost everything they have when their husbands die.
 
Laura Ikeji said that in the absence of the husband, the next in line of properties is the wife and the children and not in-laws.
 
She urged husbands to tell their wives almost everything and stop hiding certain information and let her have certain documents to avoid leaving the wife in poverty at death.
