Student trying to impress woman jumps from roof to roof and gets stuck between buildings

A student at University of Pittsburgh, 22 year old Grant Birdsong, had to be rescued around2 a.mafter his stunt aimed at pleasing a woman went horribly wrong. He had to be rescued by emergency services after 4 hours of being trapped between buildings at Atwood Street and Oakland Avenue in Oakland, Pittsburgh.
He was stuck around 2a.m and it wasn’t until6 a.mthat he was rescued. Emergency services had to use strong equipment to free him.

The city’s public safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said: “The young man met a girl, brought her up to a rooftop and decided to impress her by leaping from one roof to the next.
After becoming wedged, authorities had to break though a restaurant to reach him and carry out the rescue.”We did that after a lot of jack-hammering and use of other heavy equipment.”
