Suspected Badoo Member Tries Bribing His Captors With N10,000

Nemesis caught up with a suspected member of the dreaded cult group, Badoo, this morning, in Ikorodu, Lagos state. He was nabbed, semi naked, with a big stone in his hand, while attempting to gain entrance into a house on Felefon street, Ayegbami Community in Igbogbo, Ikorodu. .

He, however, fled after an alarm was raised. Youths in the area gave him a hot chase and he was apprehended. He offered them N5,000 to set him free and when they refused, he increased the offer to N10,000. .

It took the intervention of the CDA Chairman (Baba Awe) and HRM Oba Abdulsemiu Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, to stop the angry mob from killing him. He was later handed over to the police.
