Popular Nigerian doctor on X, Olufunmilayo, has reacted to the sad news of a fast-rising Nigerian singer, Ifunanya Nwangene, who reportedly passed away after being b!+ten by cobr@ inside her Abuja home

Ifunanya, aka Nanya_music or Soprano Queen, was a popular chorister in Abuja. and is said to have d!ed from the snake bite on Saturday, January 31.

 In videos shared online, a sn@ke catcher is seen holding a cobr@ that was found in the singer’s room. People are heard saying there may be more sn@kes inside because Nanya had previously complained that “she saw a grown one” in her house.

Reacting to the sad news, Olufunmilayo pointed out that de@ths from snake biytes have since been eliminated in many parts of the world including the UK where he resides. According to him, the last time a snake bite k!lled anyone in the UK was 50 years ago and that in the last 145 years, less than 15 people d!ed from snake bite in the UK.
