The Ukrainian FA have severely punished Anatoliy Tymoshchuk, one of the countries greatest ever players, after he failed to condemn Russia, and continues to work for Zenit St Petersburg.

The 42-year-old is set to lose his legendary status in his own country and will be stripped of all the titles he won in Ukraine.

As well as being stripped of the titles, the UFA could delete all the 144 caps he gained for the country and have requested any honorary titles and state awards be taken away.
