Thieves Broke Into Girls Domitory Only To Steal What Will Shock You (Details Here)

There was a mild commotion recently when a gang of thieves broke into a dormitory at Mahiga girls’ school in Othaya, Nyeri county in Kenya.

However what shocked the students is that the thieves only stole sanitary towels and left.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 14.

According to Tuko, the thieves sneaked into one of the dormitories in broad daylight while the students were attending classes.

The students claimed they only noticed their boxes open with sanitary towels missing when they went for the lunch.

from 30 boxes belonging to the students.

The thugs reportedly used an open window before breaking the locks of 30 boxes in the dorm.

Police who visited the school following the bizarre theft believe the motive behind the theft is to sell the loot.

Four staff members who were on duty during the robbery are in police custody.

Othaya deputy OCPD, Jefferson Ali said they are still recording statements from the students, teachers, and staff members.

“The four are being questioned but we will continue investigating,”said Mr Ali.
