Tinubu Lied About His Age – Dino Melaye Says As He Shares Screenshot

The Spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign council, Dino Melaye has called out President-elect, Bola Tinubu, accusing him of lying about his age.

The age controversy surfaced online after the former governor of Lagos State marked his 71st birthday on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Taking to his Twitter page, Melaye shared a copy of the Guardian newspaper, where Tinubu granted an interview.

He wrote: “the Guardian newspaper of October 1998. It contains the interview granted by Tinubu on return from exile.

“His age was stated to be 52 years 1998. Simple Arithmetic will easily establish that he is not 71 years old that he claims to be now in 2023, but rather 87 years.”
