Trending Video Of Former Governor Of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike Conferring An Award On A Dignitary

A video of the immediate-past governor of Rivers State, Barr Nyesom Wike conferring an award on a dignitary at a state event last night has surfaced online.

Wike tried putting on an award medal on the dignitary’s neck but left it hanging on his cap while he (dignitary) tried getting it down to his neck. 

The video has elicited mixed reactions on social media.
