Twitter Users react to Sen. Theodore Orji’s recommendation for a bill to register the Institute of ‘Chartered Politicians’

During the Nigerian Senate Plenary today, former Governor of Abia State and now Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Theodore Ahamefule Orji, made a call to the Senate to bring up a bill to register the Institute of Chartered Politicians. Although it was probably a joke, considering the more pressing issues the country is facing at the moment, Nigerian twitter users were not ready to tolerate such and began to respond angrily to the statement.
