Tottenham Hotspur crashed to an unnecessary 0-1 defeat to relegation-threatened Burnley on Wednesday.

The defeat hamstrung the north Londoners’ opportunity to make a move on the tightly-contested ‘Top Four’ spot on the Premier League table.

Unsurprisingly, supporters and rivals took to social media to point out how blowing opportunities was intrinsic in the club’s culture.
