Watford are eager to sign Matej Vydra on loan from Burnley – according to The Athletic.

Clubs in Italy, Spain, Germany and Turkey are also looking at a possible temporary move for the 28-year-old, but the Clarets would prefer a permanent transfer.

Burnley will also wait until finding a replacement before sanctioning Vydra’s departure amid a lack of attacking options for Sean Dyche at Turf Moor.
