Liverpool benefited greatly from the Manchester United 2-0 victory over Chelsea in the Premier League on Monday evening as they help the Red to secure a sure spot in the Champions League next season.

Liverpool is now 35 points clear of Chelsea who is placed fourth on the Premier League table, with the defeat to Frank Lampard’s me Liverpool has already made it to the Champions League group stage next season.
