Why I stopped smoking weed – Bella Shmurda reveals (video)

Renowned Nigerian singer, Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, better known as Bella Shmurda has revealed the reasons for his decision to give up smoking weed.

During an interview with the UK’s “In My Opinion” podcast, the singer was invited to reveal a personal detail that some people would find surprising about him.

Bella Shmurda claimed that he doesn’t smoke igbo (weed). He explained his reasoning, saying that he used to smoke but had to quit because of anxiety and fear for the future.

He asserted to have given up smoking four years ago and to have only taken cigarettes and liquor since then.

In response to the question of whether or not smoking weed helped him be more creative, as many have theorized, he said that it was different for him.
