Brazil legend Cafu believes Neymar is a better footballer than teammate Leo Messi and Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo.

World Cup winner Cafu insisted that Neymar is the best of the three.

The former World Cup winning captain added that Neymar only needed to improve in becoming a leader both in club and international football by fully focusing on the game. 

“Neymar is technically better than Messi, better than Cristiano Ronaldo, but he must assume the responsibility of a leader,” Cafu told Marca.

“One must dedicate themselves 100 per cent to football. I’m not better than Neymar, but I am better than other right-backs because I dedicated myself to that.

“He (Neymar) has to become a captain.”
