Wife discovers on Facebook that her husband secretly married another woman

A wife has broken down in tears after discovering that her husband, whom she has been married to for several years and shares three children with, secretly married another woman something she only found out through Facebook.

The story was captured in a viral video posted on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), where the woman emotionally recounted her painful experience.

She revealed that their marriage had always faced resistance from her husband’s family, especially his mother, who disapproved of her because she is from Anambra while her husband is from Enugu.

“There was a lot of red flags from the mum,” she said. “They said I’m from Anambra State, that the guy is from Enugu. The mum was never in support. She went as far as sending demonic messages to me, saying I’ll die if I don’t leave her son.”

Despite the warning signs, they got married. But the relationship remained rocky.

“He pretends a lot, and he lied a lot,” she said. “We didn’t talk for like a year, and we were living in the same house. He was already tired of me.”

The woman explained that her husband once traveled and returned with a girl who started following him around. When she confronted his mother, she was told the girl was “the neighbor’s child.”

“In 2021, I came to the village, and this man came with the girl,” she recalled. “The girl was sitting in the parlor with my children, making the woman’s hair.”

She added that things took a worse turn the following year. “The next year, we didn’t see him in the house again. Only for me to come to Facebook and see that he has already married the girl.”

Speaking on the emotional toll the experience had taken on her, she said: “I just clocked 40, but if you saw me five years ago, you’d say this woman is 65.”

“I’m a single mum of three. I live in Abuja. We attend the same church, and from there we started.”
