Woman accuses her mother of snatching her husband while she was pregnant

Social media has erupted in shock and disbelief over a bizarre family dispute in Harare, Zimbabwe, involving Ethel Mupoperi and her daughter, Munyaradzi. Munyaradzi accused her mother of “snatching” her husband and building a life with him in their rural hometown, a situation that unfolded while Munyaradzi was pregnant with her husband’s child.

This controversial family affair took center stage at the Harare Civil Court, sparking a heated legal battle between the mother-daughter duo. Munyaradzi claims that her mother’s actions are a deep betrayal, describing her new relationship with her mother as akin to being “co-wives.” The rift extends beyond the unusual relationship, as Munyaradzi asserts that her mother is now staking a claim to a house she began building with her former husband on land he initially purchased.
