Woman calls out her mother for expecting her to prioritize her over her new relationship

A woman has gone on Facebook to call out her mother for expecting her to spend her birthday with her. 

The daughter explained that she is in a new relationship and her man wants them to spend time but her mother is upset that she wouldn’t spend time with her on her birthday. 

She accused her mother of being “selfish” and brought the case to social media, hoping for support. 

However, her followers did not take sides with her.
