Woman declared missing in Kogi after leaving home to collect money from a customer who bought clothes on credit



A Nigerian businesswoman, Abdulrafiu Hamidat has been declared missing by her family in Kogi State.

Hamidat, who sells unisex clothes, hails from Idare in Okene Local Government Area of the state. 

She left home for Lokoja on the 18th of June, 2024 to collect money from an unnamed customer who bought goods on credit and never returned since then. 

According to her sister, she called to inform them when she arrived in Lokoja but nothing has been heard from her since the phone call.

She said the police have not done anything after the case was reported.
